LKZ Series Intelligent Flow Controller is the latest Mechatronics intelligent flow control instrument. The product uses the most advanced single-chip computer and peripheral interface circuit in the world at present. The IC card with superior encryption performance is selected as the human-machine transmission medium. It has the features of automatic deduction, accuracy, reliability, perfect function and advanced structure. The whole machine is designed with micro power consumption, lithium battery power supply and LCD display. It can record the user's cumulative gas consumption, billing and other data, and the product has a variety of protection functions to ensure the security and reliability of the system operation. It can be matched with various flow meters (ultrasonic flow meter, Roots flow meter, turbo flow meter) to form a complete set of prepaid gas selling system, which can be connected with the remote monitoring system designed and produced by our company to achieve real-time monitoring of the operation status and gas situation of the intelligent flow controller.
Intelligent Flow Controller usually deducts gas consumption by collecting flow output pulses, and Intelligent Flow Controller has RS485 interface to read flow meter data deduction function. This kind of sampling deduction method is not easy to interfere with, has strong reliability, and avoids the miscounting caused by other similar product flow sampling which is easily interfered by pulse alone.
In addition, the smart flow controller has an external RS485 interface. The remote terminal can realize the functions of remote charging, price adjustment, data monitoring and on-off control of the smart flow controller through the RS485 communication interface.

(1)The intelligent flow controller shall be installed in a well ventilated place, away from the fire source, rainproof and moisture-proof, and avoid direct sunlight for a long time. The safety height shall comply with relevant local regulations;
(2)The intelligent flow controller shall remove the sundries in the pipeline before connection, and the pipeline shall be free of leakage;
(3)The intelligent flow controller can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the inlet and outlet can be correctly connected according to the direction of the marked arrow;
(4)There shall be no gas leakage at the connection between the pipeline and the intelligent flow controller, and the gas pressure entering the intelligent flow controller shall not exceed 0.4MPa;
(5)After installation, apply soapy water to the air inlet (outlet) to check whether there is air leakage. It can be used normally only after confirming that there is no air leakage. It is strictly prohibited to use open flame for leak detection to avoid accidents.
