1.General
This facility can be G1.6 ~ G4.0 three specifications diaphragm gas meter movement error curve automatic testing, test results through double way real-time display, graph and numerical software interface intuitive and clear, the operator test results can be references to gas meter movement linkage adjustment, control the error curve at a good level, improve the qualification rate of gas meter error detection of the whole table.The control device adopts venturi nozzle as the standard. Venturi nozzle has the following advantages: simple structure, stable performance, high accuracy, no moving parts, easy maintenance, etc. During operation, the detected gas passes through the tested movement, then enters the stagnation vessel, enters the buffer vessel through the sonic nozzle and the control valve, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere through the oil-free vacuum pump.When the flow through the sonic nozzle reaches a critical state, the mass flow rate of gas through the gage and nozzle will remain unchanged. Then the flow rate through the sonic nozzle during time T is determined. At the same time, the system receives the gas meter sampling signal, temperature, pressure and humidity sensor signal, and obtains the error of the tested gas meter through calculation.
2.Facility features
Ø Standard type: Adopts venturi sonic nozzle as the standard. According to the different flow points of the flow meter, the computer automatically selects the best nozzle closing;
Ø The system automatically detects the flow point errors of Qmax, 0.2Qmax and Qmin for the movement of the gas meter, and the test results are displayed on the computer screen in real time by means of both graph curves and numerical values.
Ø The detection efficiency of multi gas meter movement is significantly improved by parallel detection.
Ø The laser sampler is used to automatically sample the gas meter to realize dynamic measurement.
Ø The device adopts desktop computer for system operation and control, which is efficient and easy to operate.
Ø Computer control software: the whole system realizes automatic detection under the control of detection and testing software. The interface of the test software is clear, beautiful and easy to operate.
Ø All pneumatic components are Taiwan Yadecke and Japan SMC brand, sensors are internationally known brands.
