Gas Emergency cut-off Solenoid Valves YH-100 Series
Summary
The YH-100 series gas emergency cut-off solenoid valve adopts advanced forging technology and high quality sealing components. It has high stability, long life and reliable sealing. It is a safe emergency cutting device for gas pipeline. It can be connected with gas leakage alarm system or with fire control and other intelligent alarm control terminal modules to realize on-site or remote automatic/manual emergency cut-off of gas sources to ensure the safety of gas use. The opening valve must be manually intervened and manually opened to meet the safety management specifications and effectively avoid the occurrence of accidents.

Normal working conditions
-No more than 2000 m above sea level;
-The relative humidity of the air around -l0℃~+50℃ is not more than 90% (+25℃);
-In areas 1 and 2 containing IA, IB and IC grades, the explosive gas mixtures of TI~T4 group were located in areas where there was no significant shaking and shock vibration.
The principle
Solenoid valve skillfully makes use of the interaction between instantaneous electromagnetic force, permanent magnet force and spring force to realize the function of pulse driving self-holding and closing valve and manual opening valve self-holding. Operation instruction
-There are two ways to close a valve in its opening state
① provide an instantaneous direct current pulse(DC9~12V)power to the solenoid coil, and the valve closes quickly;
② when the protective cover open, the yellow handle can also be manually pressed down to maintain the state of the valve after closing the valve.
Note: it is usually not appropriate to open the protective cover to avoid misoperation.
-When the valve close, there is only one way to open the valve by manually pulling up the yellow handle. The opening state of the valve can be maintained by itself.
Note: when opening the valve, if it is difficult to lift the handle upward, measures should be taken to balance the inlet and outlet pressure at both ends of the valve and then open the valve after balancing. Do not operate savagely so as not to damage the valve opening mechanism.
-Valve in the opening state: because of the use of magnetic lock principle design, so the valve in the face of strong vibration, may automatically close, this is a normal situation. If the opening valve self-locking force is not normal (too small), the factory should be notified to repair.
-When the valve is cut off urgently, it must be confirmed manually on the spot, and the hidden danger of the accident can be eliminated in order to manually reset and restore ventilation.
Installation requirement
-The following checks are carried out before installation. If they do not meet the requirements, they are not allowed to be used.
① the parameters on the nameplate of solenoid valve should be in accordance with the actual use requirements;
② all explosion-proof parts have no cracks and no defects affecting explosion-proof performance.
-The valve installation unit shall have the corresponding qualifications and install in accordance with the relevant gas combustion pipeline construction specifications;
-The valve should be installed behind the indoor total intake valve for inspection and repair; -Shall be installed in the direction of airflow indicated by the valve body, the valve body coil shall not be inverted, and horizontal and vertical installation shall be allowed.
-When purging the pipe, it is recommended to isolate the solenoid valve so as not to damage the valve sealing material;
-Before the pressure test of the pipeline is carried out to test the sealing performance, the magnetic valve should be kept open. When opening the valve manually, it is advisable to operate when the inlet and outlet pressure of the valve is balanced.
Wiring description
-Solenoid valve control line should be correctly and reliably connected, control line polar: White wire for the positive electrode, black wire for the negative electrode, can't be reversed, so as not to damage the solenoid ring;
-The reserved cable of solenoid valve is not less than 0.4mm.when installed, the free end of the cable should be connected to the explosion-proof box or equipment corresponding to the environment;
-Reliable grounding during installation.
Control distance: capacitor discharge drive mode, wiring length less than 50 meters.
In the event of failure of the component, the maintenance personnel shall be notified in a timely manner. Any damage to the valve, loss of parts, or accident caused by improper maintenance, random disassembly, illegal construction, or accident shall not be the responsibility of the company.
