3、Facility features

Suitable for all kinds of domestic membrane gas meter movement sealing test, such as G1.6 ~ G4.0, the system starts with one key, automatic test, the whole leak detection process time can be set freely according to needs.

The whole test process is automatically controlled by the SCM according to the set program. After the test, the test result is indicated by the indicator light. The green light is qualified and the red light is not.

Multiple checked tables are used to detect independently in parallel at the same time without interference.

Using A single chip microcomputer, high precision A/D conversion and precision micro differential pressure sensor technology, each meter display the pressure difference value in real time, the detection results are intuitive, accurate and reliable;

The whole device adopts Yadeke solenoid valve, the rigorous process ensures the device itself extremely high sealing, so as to ensure the measurement accuracy;

The extraction pressure, balance time, detection time, exhaust time, qualified range and other test parameters in the detection process can be set and stored in the device through the precise pressure reducing valve or the operation panel according to needs, with the function of power off protection;
